Paul brings over two decades of experience to domestic and international projects in agricultural engineering, wetland management, and environmental remediation for real estate development. His specialization centers on subsurface geophysical and hydrogeological investigations, soil vapor intrusion assessments, in-situ biochemical remediation of soil and groundwater, remedial system design, and hazardous site management, across residential, commercial, manufacturing and industrial facilities — including gasoline stations, dry cleaners, "E" designation sites, New York State Brownfield and Voluntary Cleanup sites, and superfund sites. Previously an Agricultural Engineer on an Italian government-sponsored Rural Development Project in Lebanon's Upper Bekaa Valley, and Environmental Warden of Ammiq Wetland in Lebanon, working with the United Nations and local government and private stakeholders on natural resource management and endangered water bird species protection. PhD in Environmental Science; Licensed Professional Geologist in New York; Licensed Professional Engineer in Lebanon. Winner of three New York City Big Apple Brownfield Partnership Awards (2013, 2016, 2016).
