HydroTech provided environmental engineering and contracting services for the redevelopment of a vacant Manhattan lot into an 11-story hotel building, remediating hazardous materials — including removal of three underground storage tanks — and installing an active sub-slab depressurization system under NYC OER and NYSDEC oversight.
