Mixed-use Redevelopment – "E" Designation Program Site

HydroTech provided environmental engineering services for the redevelopment of a Greenpoint, Brooklyn lot into a 5-story mixed-use residential and commercial building, designing and installing a composite cover and vapor barrier system and coordinating NYC OER approval to remove the site's hazmat and noise "E" designations.
