Waterfront Residential Community – NYSDEC Brownfield Program

HydroTech provided environmental engineering services for the remediation and closure of a 12.5-acre waterfront property under the NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program, enabling development of a 52-unit high-end residential community that achieved NYSDEC closure in December 2017.
